Elaboration
A must is the name given to the juice destined for fermentation. The term "light" is used here to define an energy-reduced product. After formulation, the food presents a 25% calorie reduction compared to the reference product of regular lychee must.
Simply put, our light musts are made from 100% pure apple juice rectified with demineralized water to reduce calories and thus sweetness. The juice is unfermented, unaged, filtered and artificially carbonated.
Natural lychee and pineapple aromas are added before carbonation.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Medium effervescence, light yellow color with golden highlights.
Olfactory: This must releases subtle aromas of fresh apples, followed by exquisite hints of lychee and ripe pineapple.
Taste: The apple is present and delicate, with fruity notes of lychee and juicy, ripe pineapple. The flavors combine perfectly to transport you to the tropics. The bubbles from the carbonation add a festive touch that will be appreciated by young and old alike!
