Delivery Policy

Prices on our site are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD), and taxes (provincial and federal) are applicable.

Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, we make every effort to process your order within one to three business days following the date of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Please expect delays in order processing during holiday periods or special events, including the Weekend Gourmands period in the fall.

In the event that a product is no longer available when the order is prepared, we will contact the customer to offer a replacement product or notify them of the additional delay.

Delivery address

An order can be delivered at home, at the office, at friends' or family members' homes, depending on your choice. It is up to you to ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address. If the address provided is not accurate, additional fees may apply to deliver to the correct address.

Delivery in Quebec

A minimum order of $85 is required for free delivery. Cidrerie Michel Jodoin delivers to most municipalities in the Greater Montreal area (including Laval and Montérégie), the Capitale-Nationale, the Eastern Townships, Centre-du-Quebec, the Laurentians, Lanaudière, Outaouais and Mauricie.

All deliveries are made by our private delivery service. Packages are delivered within a few days to a few weeks depending on the region.

Your order will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day in your area. We make home deliveries at the same time as those to our retailers in order to reduce travel and greenhouse gas emissions. Also, to reduce our energy usage and out of environmental concern, we reuse cardboard boxes to package certain orders.

Outside the Greater Montreal area, a maximum delay of 4 weeks after the date we receive the order may apply. We are not responsible for any inconvenience that a delay in delivery may cause. We will contact you to advise you of the delivery date.

We reserve the right not to deliver to certain addresses that are too far away or too expensive. If this is the case, we will contact you to make an arrangement.

Delivery to the United States and other Canadian provinces

Due to the law issued by the Régie des Alcools, des Courses et des Jeux, we are unfortunately unable to deliver our products outside the province of Quebec at this time.

Items damaged in transit

Cidrerie Michel Jodoin makes sure to ship the items in saleable condition and to package them properly to avoid any damage during transport. If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email at or call 1 888 469-2676 ext. 224, Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, to let us know within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

In-store pick-up

If you choose pick-up, your order will be prepared free of charge and fairly quickly, but please wait for the confirmation email indicating that the order is ready before coming to the store.

The order will be held in the store for 10 days. After this time, the order will be cancelled and the amount of your purchase will be refunded to the payment method used.

Age requirement to purchase alcohol

Even when purchasing online, we must comply with the law regarding the marketing of alcoholic beverages. We must therefore ensure that our products are sold to people aged 18 or over. To be able to make a purchase on the Cidrerie Michel Jodoin's website, you must agree to be bound by and accept the Cidrerie Michel Jodoin's terms and conditions. The buyer must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and must provide proof of age upon delivery. To this end, the buyer will provide one of the following accepted documents as proof of age: valid passport, valid driver's license, valid health insurance card. If the order is received by a person other than the buyer, this person will have to prove their age of majority. No delivery will be made to a person under the age of eighteen (18), even if the alcoholic beverages have been paid for in advance.
