Elaboration
A must is the name given to the juice destined for fermentation. Simply put, our musts are 100% pure apple juice, unfermented, unaged and filtered, with natural pineapple aromas added before bottling.
Tasting notes
Appearance: Light yellow with straw hues.
Olfactory: Light and delicate, this must gives off scents of fresh apples and ripe pineapple.
