Appearance: No effervescence and a syrupy texture, of a deep red colour with garnet hues.
Aroma : This aromatic and complex mistelle gives off aromas of candied red fruit.Taste: Since this product is not fermented or aged, the sugar is prominent, and the Geneva's acidic and tannic profile dominates. The apple flavour takes a back seat here to make way for the Geneva's explosive red fruit profile. Some even say they taste a little sweet cherry. In short, it will fill your mouth with a burst of flavours!
How to enjoy it: This mistelle is delicious as a dessert or digestif but especially with dark chocolate — 70% cocoa or higher.
