THE MOJITO CALIJO

INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ oz. Apple Brandy
• ½ oz. Apple Liquor
• Juice from ½ lime
• A few fresh mint leaves
• Ginger ale or tonic water as a mixer

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine the spirits, lime juice and mint leaves
2. Leave to macerate
3. Mix with ginger ale or tonic water
