  • 1 double shot espresso
  • 1oz Apple Brandy
  • 1oz Tia Maria
  • 1oz Grand Marnier
  • Whipped cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the spirits and coffee
  2. Add whipped cream on top
  3. Garnish with a few coffee beans

Opening hours

Our Rougemont shop is once again open Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

 Tastings are once again being offered, though some restrictions apply. For more information, click here.

You can access our hiking trail until 3 PM, no reservation required. For more information on the Jean-Baptiste-Jodoin trails, click here
