Elaboration
Our Flavored Vodka is made from 100% apples picked in our orchards.
It's made from an apple-based vodka distilled in our alembic and then topped up with Geneva apple cryoconcentrate. Geneva adds a bright color and a rich, fruity taste.
The product is then cold-filtered before bottling.
Tasting notes
Color: Red-orange with tile-like highlights. The color is obtained naturally by adding Geneva apple cryoconcentrates.
Olfactory: Predominantly apple aromas, followed by luscious, slightly candied red fruit aromas. Reminiscent of cranberry and cherry.
Taste: An initial taste of apple, followed by the tart, slightly candied fruity flavors of the Geneva apple. The latter lends vivacity and length on the palate. The whole is perfectly balanced.
To accompany: Give free rein to your inspiration! This flavored vodka can be used for mixology, at the end of a meal with dessert or as a tasting drink.
